By accessing our website, joining our waitlist or community, or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Libe'lula — Heal & Emerge ("Libe'lula", "we", "us", "our") is operated as a sole trader based in Australia.
What we offer
Libe'lula is an online self-healing community and education platform. We provide educational content, community spaces, courses, workshops, and resources. Everything we offer is for general education and lived-experience sharing, and is subject to our Health Disclaimer.

Membership and payments
- Some offerings are paid memberships. Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise.
- Subscription memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your access continues until the end of your current paid period.
- Payments are processed securely by our platform and payment providers.
- It is your responsibility to keep your payment and account details current.
Refunds
If you are entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law, those rights always apply. Beyond those rights, any additional refund arrangements will be described at the point of purchase or on request. If you have a concern about a purchase, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.
Community guidelines
Our community is a supportive space. When participating, you agree to:
- Treat others with kindness, respect, and confidentiality.
- Not share another member's private information or content outside the community.
- Not post content that is harmful, abusive, discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful.
- Not use the community to promote your own products or services without permission.
- Not provide medical advice to other members or present yourself as their practitioner.
We may remove content or suspend access for anyone who breaches these guidelines, to keep the community safe.
Your content
You keep ownership of what you post. By posting in our community, you give us permission to display and store your contributions for the purpose of running the community. You are responsible for what you share and confirm you have the right to share it.
Our content
All content we create — including text, videos, guidebooks, courses, and branding — belongs to Libe'lula and is protected by copyright. It is provided for your personal use as a member. Please do not copy, redistribute, resell, or share it outside the community without our written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Libe'lula and its founder are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, our website, content, community, or services. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes and ending access
We may update these terms, our content, or our offerings from time to time. We may also suspend or end access for anyone who breaches these terms. You can stop using our services at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
