Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 June 2026

Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

This Privacy Policy applies to Libe'lula — Heal & Emerge ("Libe'lula", "we", "us", "our") and our website and online community. We are based in Australia and aim to handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

What we collect

We may collect:

  • Information you give us — such as your name and email address when you join our waitlist, sign up, contact us, or become a member.
  • Membership and payment information — if you purchase a membership, payment is processed securely by our platform provider and/or payment processor. We do not store your full card details.
  • Information you share in the community — posts, comments, and contributions you choose to make.
  • Technical and usage information — such as your device, browser, IP address, and how you use our site, collected automatically through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To provide and manage our community, courses, and resources.
  • To respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • To send you emails you've asked for — such as waitlist updates, welcome messages, and member communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To process memberships and payments.
  • To improve our content and understand how our site is used.
  • To meet our legal obligations.

The tools we use

We use the following third-party services, which may process some of your information on our behalf:

  • Kajabi — our website, community, email, and course platform. Kajabi hosts our site and stores the information you provide (such as your name and email). Kajabi's own privacy practices apply to data it processes.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel — we use the Meta Pixel on our site. This is a small piece of code that helps us understand how visitors interact with our pages and, where applicable, measure and improve our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. The Meta Pixel may collect information such as your device and browsing actions and share it with Meta. You can manage ad personalisation in your Facebook/Instagram settings, and control cookies through your browser.

These providers may store or process data outside Australia. We take reasonable steps to use reputable providers, but their handling of data is governed by their own privacy policies.

Cookies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember your preferences, and (via the Meta Pixel) measure engagement and advertising. You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as well without them.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above (so they can perform their functions for us), where required by law, or to protect our rights and the safety of our community.

Your choices and rights

  • You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email.
  • You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and request that we correct or delete it.
  • You can manage cookies through your browser and ad settings through Meta.

To make any of these requests, contact us via our contact page.

Children

Our community and content are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last changed. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
